So the floor is in and Gandalf is doing his final inspection. He gave it 2 paws up! I love it, too! In fact, I’m thinking of doing my whole house in it now. It’s a laminate floating floor, similar to Pergo, but this was so much easier to install.
The worst part was clearing out the room, which had way to much stuff – stuff I don’t even want to keep. Today I am very sore. Don’t tell anybody, but I may be getting too old to do this stuff myself. 
Now I need to make a final decision on a paint color. That may take some time – there are endless shades of Sage, but at least I’ve narrowed it down to that. I think.
The floor looks beautiful. Glad it meets with Gandalf’s approval.

We have a laminate floor in our kitchen, dining room and entryway and Mommy likes it. She says it is easy to keep clean. Those are the only rooms Fenris is allowed on as Daddy doesn’t want the carpet smelling like DOG.
Sage is such a pretty color. We can’t wait to see the room after it is painted.

Looks great and makes perfect sense. I only put carpet in the bedrooms of our new house…wood floors and tile…easy to keep clean, especially with furbabies. I highly approve of the sage color. Just sayin’.

Looks great, I have it in my kitchen and its great for skidding on when you go real fast.. Trying to get dad to put it in the room, but no luck so far..

It’s beautiful. We’re thinking about doing this here too. At least the first floor. Carpet is so difficult in high traffic areas. There seems to be spills and spots overnight.

We are hoping to do our whole house next year ~ can you send me the details of this product????? Also, I was hoping to tackle our master bedroom this summer and I had narrowed the paint down to Sage
…it’s supposed to be very calming. I got the idea from Real Simple ~ I love that magazine.

Ha! Don’t get my mom started on wall color paint. She just painted our kitchen wall and now decided it’s the wrong color and has to do it again! Now those little sample packets of paint to put in blotches on the wall don’t seem so silly! Who knew there were 100’s of shades of yellow.
