I am still enjoying the lovely blooms of the Dogwoods. Spring in Southern Georgia! This is how The Swamp says “Good Morning” to me each day!

Nah- I’ve never smelled anything at all, and I’ve been to Venice eight times and I usually stay a week or more.
It’s… all the good things you’ve ever read… Venice is like being given a box of chocolate covered cherries, and some poor souls just aren’t partial to chocolate covered cherries. But they are my very favorite thing!

I love the shot through the dogwood blooms - great perspective.
That is a beautiful HIGH pic!! The only blossoms on my trees at present are ’snow blossoms’
I wonder if you get the same commercial we do for KIA cars.Everytime you say The Swamp I think of that silly guysauing “Welcome to dee Swamp” as he drives through screaming Aieeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

I love Dogwood trees, we have lots of them at our place in Blairsville, they are in bloom and we are in Florida, bummer
We only have the extremely humid weather over here. I can’t really differentiate between winter and spring..
Anyway, it’s great to see everyone welcoming spring over there. 
Mine are up… Hop in for some fun this weekend in Criz Cats Sanctuary and/or have a look sometimes why need things to be HIGH in Insight Criz.

Our dogwoods have not bloomed yet. I live about 60 miles west of Atlanta in Haralson County.

The Dogwood is our provinical flower it blooms later in the season….although Spring is suppose to be here it really isn’t….the sun is shining today but there is still a coolness in the air….great photo for the theme…..thanks for visiting my blog….

Cheery dogwood blossoms up high against the brilliant blue sky. We don’t have dogwoods around here, but a neighbor has a beautiful tulip tree in bloom. Yeah for Spring! ThanX for the handy Mr. Linky.
Very lovely photograph. Just this morning I was lying on my swing outside and looking up through the sweetgum trees that surrounded me. Though they are without the magnificent bloom of the dogwood, I was still delighting in the bright green of new growth that has filled what were bare branches just weeks ago. Blessings!

Oh, such beautiful dogwood blooms “high” up in the tree! Great take on the theme! So far I have only seen forsythias, daffodils and crocuses this Spring up here.
